Occlusal Therapy
You might have bite issues that can cause damage to your masticatory system. For example, your teeth might show wear, rotation and mobility and you might also have muscular pain.
Occlusal therapy includes a series of procedures and/or appliances that help protect the teeth, jaw, muscles and joints, making your bite more comfortable and improving the long term prognosis of the dental treatment that you need.
Complete Dentures
People call them false teeth. Complete Dentures are removable prosthesis that help patients that have lost all their teeth. They function over the gum and replace all the missing teeth. At Cordido Dental Pros we customize the esthetics of the dentures for each patient.
If you are missing all your teeth, or you are about to have all your teeth removed, Complete Dentures might be an option for you.
Partial Dentures
People call them partials. Partial Dentures are removable prosthesis that help patients that have lost some of their teeth, but still have remaining teeth that are in good health. They are supported by teeth and gum and replace all the missing teeth. At Cordido Dental Pros we customize the esthetics of the dentures to replicate the missing teeth and achieve a natural look.
If you are missing some teeth, we might recommend having a partial denture fabricated.
Crowns and Bridges
A crown is a restoration that covers a reduced tooth. They are often called “caps”. They are usually cemented to the tooth with dental cement.
If you have decayed, cracked or broken teeth, or a tooth that have root canals, a crown might be the restoration of choice for your case.
When there is a missing tooth between two healthier teeth, a bridge can be made. In a bridge, the replaced tooth is attached to two crowns over the teeth next to it.
Hybrids
Hybrid prosthesis is a prosthodontic/surgical procedure that provides a permanent fixed dental solution where a bridge replaces a full set of teeth.
There are many different terms that refer to the same concept: “All-on-X”, “Teeth in a day”, “New Teeth In Just One Day”, “Teeth in One Day”, “Teeth in 24 Hours”. All of them describe the same type of procedure with different approaches.
If you are about to lose all your teeth, or you lost all your teeth, this might be the treatment option you want to get.
It restores all the missing dentition with one single bridge on each arch, meaning one bridge for the top teeth and/or one bridge for the bottom teeth.
Implants are strategically placed in your jaw to function as the anchors for the one-piece bridge, the bridge will be screwed in to the implants and you will not have to remove your teeth out of your mouth at any time.
This treatment offers the closer option to having all your natural teeth back. You will be able to chew your favorite food and you will smile with confidence that your teeth are and look great.

Then, the big day comes, the day where all the magic happens and you get the surgical/prosthetic procedure done and go home with a set of temporary teeth. These temporary teeth look great and feel awesome.
They help you go during the healing period of your dental implant procedure while been able to chew and smile. After a few months, and once you are completely healed from the surgery day, we will fabricate your new and final teeth.
