Cordido Dental Pros

Dr. Andreína Cordido is a prosthodontist with extensive training in implants. She works closely with other specialists to plan and provide the best treatment plan to address her patient’s chief complaint and provide them with a healthy, beautiful smile by focusing on understanding the fundamental needs and the ideal final goal for each case.

Dr. Cordido also enjoys teaching young dentists that are training to be prosthodontists. Currently, Dr. Cordido is an Adjunct Faculty Member of the Graduate Prosthodontics Department at Texas A&M University College of Dentistry.

Dr. Cordido received her Certificate in Prosthodontics and Master in Biomedical Sciences at Baylor College of Dentistry Texas A&M University, Dallas in 2016. Then she pursued an Implant Fellowship at the same university and ended up being promoted as the head of the Center for Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at Texas A&M up until recently, in 2020.

Dr. Cordido received her Doctor in Dental Surgery Degree from Central University of Venezuela in 2009. She worked as a general dentist in Venezuela before moving to Dallas in 2011.

Dr. Cordido was recognized with the Robert Staffanou Memorial Graduate Prosthodontic Award 2016, for demonstrated excellence in didactics and research, and exceptional clinical and laboratory competency achieved through a warm compassionate demeanor reflective of Dr. Staffanou.

She has also been named by her peers to the Super Dentist® list for two consecutive years, 2019 and 2020, She is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontics, American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegraction, Texas Dental Association and the Dallas County Dental Society.
