Cordido Dental Pros

Dr. Andreina Cordido is a prosthodontist with extensive training in implants and airway. She works closely with other specialists to plan and provide the best treatment plan to address her patient’s chief complaint and provide them with a healthy, beautiful smile by focusing on understanding the fundamental needs and the ideal final goal for each case.

Dr. Cordido is also trained in Airway and Sleep Dentistry for kids and adults. She provides treatment that help with craniofacial growth, mouth breathing and sleep disorders.

Dr. Cordido is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor at the Texas A&M University School of Dentistry in Downtown Dallas, Texas. She teaches a variety of subjects within the scope of prosthodontics to undergrad and graduate students.

Before opening Cordido Dental Pros, Dr. Cordido practiced as the head of the Center for Maxillofacial Prosthodontics at Texas A&M School of Dentistry.

Dr. Cordido received her Certificate in Prosthodontics and Master in Biomedical Sciences at Baylor College of Dentistry Texas A&M University, Dallas. After graduation, she pursued an Implant Fellowship at the same university.

Dr. Cordido received her Doctor in Dental Surgery Degree from Central University of Venezuela. She worked as a general dentist in Venezuela before moving to Dallas.

Dr. Cordido was recognized with the Robert Staffanou Memorial Graduate Prosthodontic Award in 2016, as she demonstrated excellence in didactics and research, and exceptional clinical and laboratory competency achieved through a warm compassionate demeanor reflective of Dr. Staffanou.

She has also been named by her peers to the Super Dentist® list for four consecutive years (2019-2022). She is an active member of the American College of Prosthodontics, American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association and the Dallas County Dental Society.
